We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to accompany its fast growth in Malaysia with manufacturing as a core business, the Demand Planning Executive will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.
Roles and Responsibilities
Allocation of stock produced to Delivery Order based on customer specification.
Preparation of Stuffing checklist for warehouse team.
Ensure allocation between entities correctly reflected and keep respective team updated on their allocation.
Maintaining an optimum inventory level for additives and packaging materials with minimal write offs.
Follow up daily production output and communicate with Logistics and Sales & Marketing team on any production delay and product on hold due to quality issue.
Closely monitor PSS requirements to ensure stocks or lot readiness.
Monitoring and handling the aging and slow-moving stock.
Presenting monitoring report information by monthly basis.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply chain or similar relevant field.
Must have at least 1-3 years hands on experience in demand/material/supply planning.
Preferable experience in SAP system.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
