负责硬件开发与测试团队的技术领导，推动先进开发流程，并参与硬件设计、测试及故障分析。要求电气工程学位及汽车行业硬件开发经验，英语流利，掌握MATLAB/Python为加分项。
We are currently looking for the right person to join our Development department.
Your responsibilities:
- Being the technical lead of the HW development and HW test team
- Ensuring a state-of-the-art HW development process in collaboration with the HW team in the Luxemburgish headquarter
- Training and developing the team members of the HW team
- Supporting the HW development projects with your experience and guidance
- Being involved in HW developments, for instance in: HW Design, HW Testing, HW specifications, Failure analysis
Your profile:
- An academic degree in electrical engineering is a must
- Experience in Automotive HW development is mandatory
- Extensive experience in HW development
- Ability to distribute and spread knowledge within the team
- Respectful and cooperative communication to the team members
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- The ability to analyse and solve complex problems
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in MATLAB and Python is considered as advantage
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and French are assets
