负责CNC折弯机的设置与操作，根据图纸和规格进行金属弯曲成型，确保尺寸精度。需具备读图能力、模具安装调试及质检技能，并执行设备日常维护。
Press Brake Operator Job Responsibilities Include:
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals.
- Interpret blueprints, production orders, and specs to meet dimensions and tolerances.
- Plan and layout bending sequence, referring to drawings and blueprints.
- Bend products or assemblies of small, light average weight, to large heavy weight.
- Set up metal dies in performing operations in forming.
- Align, fit and/or rework pieces that fail inspection.
- Select and install correct tooling, make machine adjustments to accommodate different materials and thickness.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or other tools to ensure accuracy.
- Perform maintenance on the press brake and report issues or malfunctions.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience operating a press brake or similar metal-forming machine.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to work in a standing position for up to 6 hours.
- Lift up to 70 pounds with or without assistance, bend, twist and reach.
- Ability to grip, twist wrist and tighten hands.
