JUNIOR PAYMENT ANALYST

The Junior Payment Analyst is responsible for executing operational activities related to the supplier payment cycle within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes validating, recording, and reconciling invoices and payments according to corporate policies and quality standards (SLA/KPI).

Education / Academic Background:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable processes in corporate or shared services environments.

Technical Knowledge:

• General knowledge of accounting principles and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or equivalent ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.) – desirable.

• Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts payable analysis.

Base salary: $2,600,000
Transportation allowance: $200,000
Well-being allowance: $300,000
Language allowance: $800,000
