The major work is to support with Single-B cell Cloning work with Beacon system.
Responsibilities: - Laboratory animals' anatomy, include but not limited to mouse, rat or rabbit. - B cell isolation from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues. - Single B cell screening with Beacon platform. - Mammalian cell-based protein or antibody production and purification. - ELISA, FACS, blocking assay, and related functional assay. - Maintain an up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials, and results. Prepare presentations on group meetings.
