Senior Scientist – Principal Scientist, Immunology or Oncology. Full-Time. Location: Shanghai Zhangjiang & Suzhou BioBAY. Junior-Middle Level. We are seeking an accomplished and innovative Senior/Principal Scientist to lead antibody discovery efforts with a strong emphasis on immunology or oncology. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in immune or cancer biology, antibody development, and discovery platforms, leading project to PCC will be preferred.
Responsibilities: Lead antibody discovery programs focused on immunology or oncology therapeutic targets, from early concept to candidate selection. Design and execute strategies for antibody generation, screening, optimization,
Ph.D. or Master in Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related discipline. Ph.D. with 3+ years or Master with 8+ years of relevant industry experience will be preferred.
Deep expertise in immunology or oncology, including immune cell biology, signaling pathways, and disease mechanisms.
Demonstrated track record of driving antibody discovery programs and delivering high-quality therapeutic leads.
Proficiency in designing and interpreting binding assays, functional cell-based assays, and mechanistic studies.
High self-motivation, excellent communication, problem-solving, and scientific presentation skills.
