1. Develop and perform in vitro assays (ELISA, FACS, receptor binding/blocking assay, reporter, proliferation assay, T cell killing, T cell activation assay etc.) 2. Screen and characterize antibody leads. 3. Analyze experimental data, maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks, experiment records, and electronic databases.
任职要求
AcaMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in Immunology, oncology, cell biology, or related field with 2-6 years of relevant experience. Extensive hands-on experience in cell culture, designing and executing cell-based biological function assays such as receptor binding/blocking assay, reporter assay, cell proliferation assay, T cell killing, T cell activation assay, etc. Experimental data analysis using Graphpad, Excel, etc., interpretation, and report. Committed to integrity, accountability, and collaboration. Proficient in applying AI tools in daily works.
