We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and AI/ML technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services, cloud-native applications, and intelligent solutions that leverage data and machine learning capabilities to solve complex business problems. This role requires strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Spring Boot
Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
Work with GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them in Kubernetes environments
Design event-driven and asynchronous solutions using Pub/Sub
Build and deploy applications on Cloud Run
Work with BigQuery for data querying, analytics, and integration
Develop and support AI/ML-enabled solutions , including model integration and intelligent automation use cases
Collaborate with architects, product owners, data engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement
Follow best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and secure development Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience
Formação Acadêmica: Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis (CRC ativo ou equivalente é preferencial).
Experiência Técnica: Conhecimento profundo em contabilidade corporativa, relatórios financeiros e ciclos de ponta a ponta PTR ( Plan to Report ) e STP ( Source to Pay ).
Experiência com SAP: Experiência comprovada como Key User ou como membro de equipe em projetos de implementação/migração de SAP (preferencialmente S/4HANA).
Idiomas:
Inglês Fluente: Essencial para participar das reuniões e colaborar com as equipes globais nos EUA e Índia.
Espanhol Básico: Necessário para reporte à gestão regional na Argentina e suporte às operações da América do Sul.
Gestão de Projetos: Experiência demonstrada em ambientes de projetos, com autonomia e habilidades de liderança para conduzir iniciativas de forma independente.
Desejável (Inovação): Conhecimento em Power BI para visualização de dados e familiaridade com Python ou outras ferramentas de automação.
