质检助理经理，负责原材料和成品日常检测、仪器校准、污水分析、内部审计及不符合项CAPA，需熟悉OEKOTEX、GOTS和ZDHC标准。
LOCATION: BOISAR, MAHARASHTRA
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maintain the Quality of Raw material for production of batches and give feedback to production team for improvement or check complete to use the Raw material.
Essential Functions:
• Daily Routine testing of all in process samples of factory as well as job works
• All Raw Materials and Finished Goods
• Calibrations of lab instruments and preparation of testing reagents
• Daily Effluent Sample analysis.
• Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 regulatory, and industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Monitor QC data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Corrective Actions: Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed QC records and report findings to management.
• Supplier Quality: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• Adequate knowledge about OEKOTEX Standard 100, GOTS Version 7 and ZDHC Level 3 Version 3.1 standard.

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, or equivalent
• 10 - 15 yrs. of experience in Quality Control in Chemical Industry
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Control Supervisor
• Advanced level computer skills
• Strong presentation skills, both oral and written
• UV, FTIR, GC
