生产操作员担任团队领导，执行涂层前的清洗、检查、装料等准备工作，更新机器日志，操作行车和叉车，确保安全有序的工作环境，与团队共同完成班次交接，采用两班制（偶尔周末轮班）。
What will you be doing?
You will act as the team leader and ensure that all work contributes to the realization of the production plan.
You will actively participate in the preparations required before we can coat our products. This includes cleaning, inspecting, charging, and loading machines.
You will ensure adequate production registration, such as keeping machine logs up to date.
You will share responsibility with the team for a safe and orderly workplace.
You will share responsibility with the team for ensuring a complete and clear handover to the next shift.
Operating overhead cranes and forklifts (internal training available).
Working in a 2-shift system (occasional weekend shifts on a rotating basis).

Full-time employment (38 hours) and a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
A salary in accordance with the Metal and Technology Collective Labor Agreement depending on experience. Minimum €2,747 and maximum €3,215. You will also receive an irregular hours allowance.
25 vacation days and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis.
€0.23 travel allowance in accordance with internal regulations.

You have completed a technical MBO program or have demonstrable experience. You are accurate and independent, with a can-do attitude and a sense of responsibility. You are also a team player with good communication skills and are willing to collaborate with various departments.
You are willing to work in two shifts (every other week you start at 6:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.) and on weekends on a rotating basis. You are also willing to obtain (or already have) a forklift and/or crane certificate. You speak Dutch, English, or German.
