Candidate Profile
- 5+ years' experience in renewable energy origination, energy trading, or corporate energy sales
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing corporate PPAs
- Strong understanding of the Italian CPPA market and key BESS offtake dynamics
- Established relationships with corporate energy buyers and/or utilities in Italy
- Demonstrated ability in PPA structuring and commercial deal-making
- Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
- Strong sales orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
