Project Management
Oversee the delivery of solutions on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful execution.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in proposal creation and pricing strategies, providing technical expertise to drive sales.
Stakeholder Coordination
Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process enhancements, staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Strong background in project management and logistics solution design. Commercial affinity is a plus.
Proven track record of designing and delivering customized logistics solutions in a B2B environment.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope and on time.
In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical and scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with relevant logistics technologies and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
Strong language knowledge of English and Russian
