中药房副主任/主管(010637)

岗位职责：

Responsibilities:
Primary Duties-
• Oversees the daily operation of the pharmacy.
监督管理中药房的日常运营
• Ensures customer satisfaction and smooth activity between hospital & satellite clinics.
保证患者体验，保障与其他院区药房的平稳交接配合
• Ensures pharmacists and pharmacy operate under the regulations from local government agencies.
保证中药房的运营符合法律法规
• Resolves operation problems, drug furnishing irregularities and service complaints.
解决日常运营问题，比如药品供应问题，患者投诉
• Maintains inventory control and medication costs within budget limits.
保障合理的库存管理，以及药房支出在预算内
• Assists in preparing pharmacy policies per JCIA and local government requirements.
按JCI和监管部门要求准备规章制度
• Actively involves in department planning and training of pharmacy staff.
积极参与部门业务规划和人员培训
• Perform administrative function when manager is absent.
当主任不在时，行使管理的职能
• Prepare monthly payroll verification and scheduling when needed.
需要时完成部门的排班与考勤
• Prepares the department for various government inspections
各种政府监管部门检查的准备与应对
• Actively involved in market promotion of the pharmacy to the public
积极参与所负责药房的公众宣传
• Encourage the collection of TCM related ADR reports and report to CFDA
关注收集中药饮片不良反应事件
• Strengthen inventory management of TCM medicines
加强中药饮片入库验收质量管理

Other Duties Performed-
• Performs duties of a pharmacist.
药师的日常工作
• In charge of quality improvement projects required by the Pharmacy manager and department.
配合完成药剂科主任指派的质量安全改进项目
• Cross cover the needs of fellow associate pharmacy managers and supervisors
代行其他药剂科副主任或主管的职责

任职要求：

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a reputable pharmacy school with Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
中药学本科毕业
• Over 10 years work experience in the pharmacy profession.
在中药领域有10年以上工作经验
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy required.
需要有中药房监督运营经验
• Administrative experience preferred.
中药房行政管理经验更佳
• Registered pharmacist with Chinese SDA
主管中药师证或者执业中药师证，副高职称更佳

Skills:
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English skill is preferred
中文读写熟练，一定英语水平更佳
• Have good leadership and communication skills.
良好的领导力与沟通能力

Knowledge:
• Knowledge of government laws pertaining to TCM medications
熟悉中草药方面的法律法规，管理条例
• Knowledge of drug information in English and Chinese and familiar with drug reference books in work place.
熟练掌握中草药的专业知识和技能
