Partner with business units to design value-generating AI solutions, embedding AI into day-to-day operations to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making speed across the Group. Drive organizational performance improvement by integrating data, processes, and technology into deployable optimization programs with measurable impact. Establish standardized and unified data architecture, enabling enterprise-wide intelligence and scalable AI adoption.

What You Will Do:
- AI transformation delivery lead: Translate strategic directions into implementable systems, workflows, and tools that can be deployed and adopted.
- Cross-functional integrator: Connect operations teams, IT/engineering functions, and external technology partners to ensure AI solutions deliver real outcomes.
- Outcome-driven AI optimization driver: Help plants and business lines solve real operational problems with AI—focusing on production-grade deployment rather than conceptual pilots.

What You Bring:
- Applied AI solution understanding: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and the ability to translate business needs into executable optimization initiatives.
- Structured problem decomposition: Ability to identify on-the-ground pain points, break problems down, and pinpoint the highest-leverage entry points.
- Strong program/project execution: Proven ability to collaborate across functions, manage timelines, and drive solutions through to deployment.
- Process improvement capability: Experience with process optimization, operational excellence methods, and/or project management toolkits.
