岗位职责
1、 负责客户拜访、方案宣介、技术交流，配合商务、产品跟进售前项目；
2、 参与智驾、座舱、屏显相关项目的招投标工作，辅助项目落地；
2、为海外客户提供解决方案、技术支持，跟进项目推进情况；
3、与各部门协调配合，承担售前阶段的需求澄清、技术规格确认及产品演示工作，掌握客户痛点，组织研发设计并整理形成可用方案；
4、洞察行业海外发展趋势，结合内外部数据进行分析，输出市场及竞争分析报告，设计具有行业竞争力的解决方案材料，提升产品市场竞争力。
Technical Pre-sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for customer visits, solution presentations, technical exchanges, and supporting business and product teams in following up on pre-sales projects.
2. Participate in bidding and tendering processes for projects related to intelligent driving, cockpit systems, and display technologies, assisting in project implementation.
3. Provide solutions and technical support for overseas customers, and follow up on project progress.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with various departments, undertake pre-sales tasks such as requirement clarification, technical specification confirmation, and product demonstrations. Identify customer pain points, organize R&D efforts, and develop actionable solutions.
5. Monitor overseas industry development trends, analyze internal and external data, produce market and competitive analysis reports, and design competitive solution materials to enhance product competitiveness.

6、较强的产品力，能够准确识别客户需求，针对性的完成方案设计，可通过学习行业知识或寻求内部研发帮助，根据业务需要能适应频繁出差。

2. Familiar with the current state of industry technology, development trends, and relevant standards.
3. Strong learning ability to quickly master product functions and technical principles and apply them to practical work.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
5. Innovative mindset, able to quickly integrate industry trends and new technologies into the organization and drive implementation.
6. Strong product capability, able to accurately identify customer needs and design targeted solutions. Willing to learn industry knowledge or seek internal R&D support, and adaptable to frequent business travel as required.
