负责原材料及服务的采购与战略规划，进行价格与合同谈判，推进双源供应；分析采购市场，挖掘成本优化空间，管理供应商绩效，提供全面的采购支持。
Operational procurement with a strategic focus
Procurement of raw materials, consumables and supplies, technical components and services
Price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers
Implementation and further development of a dual-sourcing strategy to secure supply chains
Analysis of procurement markets and identification of potential for optimisation and cost savings
Implementation of sustainable cost optimisation (Total Cost of Ownership)
Evaluation and management of supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, delivery reliability)
Central point of contact for procurement matters at the Bönen site
Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics
✔ Several years’ professional experience in procurement, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
✔ Experience in price and contract negotiations
✔ Understanding of operational and strategic procurement
✔ Proficiency in using ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
✔ Good Excel and analytical skills
✔ Business fluent in German, good command of English
✔ Team player, strong communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to work independently
