Full job description Day to Day We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst with a strong background in business intelligence and financial modeling to support analytics tied to the No Surprises Act (NSA) legislation. This role blends financial analysis with healthcare data operations, requiring technical expertise and strategic insight.

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
A background in financial analysis is required for this role.
5–7 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.
1–2 years of experience writing T-SQL queries in SSMS.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based metrics.
Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
