负责患者保险资格与福利的预核查及准确记录，根据治疗方案估算费用，与患者沟通付款方式并协调保险公司获取担保，同时提供财务咨询服务。
岗位职责：
• Direct Billing eligibility and insurance policy benefit verification for patients who will have appointment during the following 2 days， record in HIS accurately.
• Estimated cost calculation according to treatment plans and hospital’s pricing principle.
• Communicates with patients about their payment method, clearly discussion of the deposit / guarantee status and payment plans.
• Communicates and convince third party payers to obtain payment guarantee in time
• Update insurance companies about insured patient’s costs and make sure the expenses are covered by a guarantee letter.
• Provide the insurance company with information required.
• send inpatient census email on daily basis.
• Check IP bill daily and update supervisor/manager on cases to follow
• Provide financial counseling service to patient.
• Support supervisor and managers on case study to propose appropriate payment solution for any special cases.
• Clearly communication and sell package to qualified patient.
• Introduce membership program to qualified patient.
• Other assignments by supervisor or managers.
