EXPERT HSE & REFERENT SAFETY CULTURE (F/H)

Position: EXPERT HSE & REFERENT SAFETY CULTURE (F/H) - Located in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux. In a demanding and transforming industrial environment, you are a key actor of the site's HSE performance. As HSE Expert & Safety Culture Referent, you provide technical and methodological expertise in service of safety, environment and continuous improvement. True partner of field teams and managers, you actively contribute to anchoring a sustainable and operational safety culture.

Works closely with: Site HSE Manager, HSE coordinators (4), production/maintenance/HR teams, Group RSE Manager.

Responsibilities:
Safety:
- Deploy the Gerflor Safety Culture approach on the site
- Support teams in risk evaluation (DUERP, chemical risks, machines...)
- Participate in accident and near-miss analysis
- Contribute to defining and improving HSE rules and procedures
- Ensure regulatory watch and guarantee installations conformity
- Propose and pilot prevention actions (safety, ergonomics, working conditions)
- Support in CSSCT instances

Environment:
- Deploy the group environmental policy at site level
- Participate in the environmental management system
- Follow regulatory conformity and associated obligations
- Optimize waste and resources management (water, energy...)
- Contribute to reducing environmental impact and associated costs
