岗位职责：
1. 独立负责香港、深圳实体财务分析报告文件；
2. 管理和监督部分实体的会计职能，日常出差港澳地区；
3. 协助进行年度、月度预算及预测，以改善业务绩效的监控和评估；
4. 支持所有分析工作，包括：资本设备购买的投资回报率计算、部门和产品线的盈利能力分析、需求弹性服务的定价分析等；
5. 协助调查、分析实际与预算的差异及重大发现；
6. 创建/维护资本支出日志，并与预算以及运营使用情况进行全面比较；
7. 负责税务合规及税务筹划相关工作；
8. 协助开发自动化日常、月度财务报告；
9. 协助审计财务、业务办公室和人力资源报告的数据捕获，确保准确性；
10. 协助内部与外部审计和准备工作；
11. 完成主管领导分配的其他任务。
1. Independently responsible for the preparation of financial analysis and reporting documents for entities within the Greater Bay Area.
2. Manage and supervise the accounting functions for all entities, frequent travel to Hongkong and Macau.
3. Assist in annual and monthly budget and forecast to monitor and improve acceleration of business performance.
4. Support in all analysis functions, including:
Return on investment calculations capital equipment purchases.
Profitability analysis for departments and product lines.
Pricing analysis for services with demand/supply methodology.
5. Assist in investigating, analyzing and reporting the actual to budget variances and significant findings.
6. Create/maintain Capital Expenditure log with analysis to budget and operational usage.
7. Responsible for tax compliance and tax planning related work.
8. Assist in creating and developing daily and monthly reports.
9. Assist in auditing finance, business office and HR reports for data capture accuracy.
10. Assist with audit & preparation.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，具备CPA/ACCA证书优先；
2. 具备3-5年财务分析工作经验者优先；
3. 工作严谨细致，具备出色的分析和解决问题的能力；
4. 适应能力及抗压能力强，具备强烈的文化敏感性和人际交往能力；
5. 优秀的英语书面能力，如英语口语沟通能力强为加分项；
6. 出色的计算机技能，熟练掌握MS Office应用程序，尤其是Excel；能够使用Python者优先。
1. Full time Bachelor's degree or above, with CPA/ACCA qualification preferred;
2. Prior 3-5 years of work experience in financial analysis;
3. Detail-oriented and rigorous in work, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Strong adaptability and stress resistance, with a keen sense of cultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills;
5. Excellent written English skills, with strong oral communication is a plus;
6. Outstanding computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and Python proficiency is preferred.
