Desired Qualifications and Attributes: Recent college graduates;
Leadership capability on campus or through work experience;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Fluent English (written and verbal);
Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
Flexible, adaptable and willing to relocate;
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines;
