EnergyArk Project

Lead the productization and mass-production deployment of EnergyArk, a UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) energy storage enclosure. You will own the end-to-end delivery—from requirements and specifications, to system integration, safety validation, and final delivery—building a scalable and repeatable energy storage enclosure platform capability.

What You Will Do:
• Drive deployment from concept to mass production and site delivery：Take the enclosure from concept through pilot build, mass production, and project/site delivery—ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Material safety and system integration：Integrate the UHPC enclosure with battery/BMS, thermal management, and fire detection/suppression strategies to ensure system-level safety and performance.
• Standardization and scalable replication：Establish standardized BOM, manufacturing processes, validation, and acceptance workflows to enable repeatable deployments across multiple sites and use cases.

What You Bring:
• Materials/Chemical Engineering & manufacturing process expertise：Degree or strong background in chemical engineering/materials science, with knowledge of cement-based materials, durability, and quality control; able to drive the transition to mass production.
• Energy storage safety & validation experience：Solid understanding of thermal runaway risks and detection/suppression/extinguishing logic; able to define test plans and certification pathways.
• Project management & supply chain execution：Experience in supplier integration and manufacturing collaboration, including ECR/ECO management; capable of executing FAT/SAT and delivering complete project handover documentation.
