Main responsibilities
主要职责
1.根据公司采购制度和采购流程，实施采购任务，控制采购质量与成本 ;
2. 协助采购经理推进养老院筹开和运营的采购管理工作，包括：询价、比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作；
3. 制定采购计划，并监督执行；
4. 定期调查、分析和评估目标市场，收集采购需求要和提出采购时机建议；
5、协助采购经理对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核；
6、协助采购经理协调养老院公司各部门间工作。
专业技术服务业
WinGD Winterthur 招聘运营采购员，负责日常物料与服务采购、PR 到 PO 周期监控、供应商发票审核及客户索赔处理。要求瑞士 EFZ 职业教育背景及多年运营采购经验，需熟悉 SAP。
