负责为组装线提供技术支持与解决方案，确保所有流程遵循标准作业规程；持续监控QA门控、SPC及良品率，通过DOE和机器能力研究推进工艺优化，并对不良品进行根因分析与对策制定。
Provide technical support or solutions to resolve critical issues in assembly line. To ensure all process follows the Standard Operating Procedures. Continuous monitoring the performance on QA gate, SPC and yield. Carry out further process optimization through DOE and machine capability study. Verification and analysis on defective part to determine the root cause and remedy.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Preferable with 2 to 5 years' experience in semiconductor industry with similar job responsibilities. Knowledge in DOE and SPC is beneficial. Must be independent and self-motivated. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
