负责产品测试转移，维护并提升测试良率和质量项目。评估并实施新方法以改进生产，排查工程问题，主导改进活动，与客户、生产及维护团队协作优化产品/工艺，并开展降本项目。
Responsible for product transfer for testing. Actively involve in maintaining and improving test yield / quality programs. To evaluate and implement new method or procedure to improve production. To trouble-shoot on engineering related issue. To lead and drive improvement activities. To interface with customer, production & maintenance on product / process optimization & improvement. To work on material and cost savings projects.
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or any other related discipline. Related working experience in Back-End Testing in Semiconductor industry will be an advantage. Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects. Equip with strong supervisory skill, analytical skill, planning skill and communication skill.
