What you'll be doing?
- Assist the Area Manager in providing high-quality property management services
- Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
- Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
- 1 year's work experience in property management would be an advantage
- Possess PMP Licence is an advantage
- Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Estate Officer
