We are looking for an Executive Vice President (EVP). This position will be responsible for leading and managing our European business, reporting directly to the CEO.
You will oversee the regional strategy, marketing, sales, business development, and operations within the European and African region.
This position is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities
Manage the EUAF profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth, with a focus on sales growth, business development and cost management.
Develop and execute regional strategy and business plans within the company's strategic framework, with a strong emphasis on business development and regional sales growth.
Oversee the end-to-end operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, built teams, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and accountability to achieve regional objectives.
Develop, implement, and enforce guidelines and procedures in alignment with global standards to ensure operational consistency, compliance and efficiency across the European and African region;
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement. Inspire and motivate individuals and teams to align with AFA's vision and values.
