Employee (m/f/d) for Technical Sales Support
Your tasks
Sales support for projects and solutions requiring technical understanding
Occasional on-site customer consulting together with the responsible sales staff
Interacting with our international sales and service organizations in the preparation of quotations and technical clarifications
Technical support via telephone and video communication
Order clarification and cooperation with the internal order processing department
Preparation of reports and statistics, as well as target group related documents
Participation in training and education of sales staff and partners
Your profile
Technical qualification with basic commercial knowledge, preferably technician or engineer in the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d)
Work experience in the described field of activity
Confident in the use of EDP applications
Team spirit and excellent communication skills
Independent way of working and self-initiative
Good communication skills in the German and English language
