岗位职责：
1. Formulate corresponding clinical research strategies and plans to enhance the overall clinical research level;
2. Focus on the implementation of drug clinical strategy and plan, process supervision and decision-making; be responsible for the progress, quality and expense management in the implementation process, and timely guide the solution of major issues in the process of project promotion;
3. Participate in communication and coordination with project partners, domestic and foreign clinical experts, CROs, relevant personnel of the drug administration department, etc., timely adjust project clinical strategies and plans, make the project successfully complete clinical development and meet the relevant registration requirements;
4. Work closely with the BD department to provide professional clinical assessment opinions and clinical development programs.
1、制定相应临床研究策略和计划，提升整体临床研究水平；
2、重点负责药物临床策略与计划的实施、进程监督和决策；负责实施过程中的进度、质量和经费管理，及时指导解决项目推进过程中的重大问题；
3、参与与项目合作方、国内外临床专家、CRO、药监部门相关人员等的沟通协调，及时调整项目临床策略与计划，使项目顺利完成临床开发并符合相关注册要求；
4、与BD部门密切合作，提供专业的临床评估意见和临床开发方案。
任职要求：
1. Ph.D. or MD degree in medicine related fields,overseas degree is preferred;
2. Over 8 years experience in medical institutions, pharmaceutical companies, or CRO clinical related work experience; clinical science experience in the field of oncology is preferred;
3. Ability to independently formulate clinical development strategies;
4, Rich experience in clinical development program , familiar with domestic and foreign laws and regulations;
5. Strong leadership, management skills and executive presence, results orientation and creative problem solver.
1、医药相关专业博士或MD学位，拥有海外学位者优先；
2、8年以上医疗机构/药企/CRO临床相关工作经验，有肿瘤领域临床科学经验者优先；
3、具有独立制定临床开发策略的能力；
4、具备领导团队执行临床开发方案的丰富经验和解决问题的能力，熟悉国内外注册法规；
5、有广泛的国际医药行业资源，具有战略思维和高效执行力，积极灵活，结果导向。
