岗位职责：
1. 实验室日常运行保障，包括实验相关的生物安全和用水用电用火用气（如CO2,N2,压缩空气）的正常保障；实验室废气废水固废垃圾的合理排放的管理等；病理实验室，分子实验室，开放实验室，细胞房以及细胞库的管理；
Ensure the daily operation of the laboratory, including the experiment related biosafety, water, electricity, fire and gas (such as CO2, N2, compressed air). Manage laboratory waste gas, waste water, solid waste and garbage discharge reasonable; Manage pathology laboratory, molecular laboratory, open laboratory, cell room and cell bank.
2. 实验室仪器维修和大宗试剂耗材的采购，包括大宗试剂耗材库的管理，台账的建立等；
Maintain laboratory instruments and purchase regular reagents and consumables, including regular reagents and consumables database management, ledger establishment, etc
3. 建立起完善的实验室运行制度；
Establish laboratory operation system well.
4. 对接相关部门的工作，如EHS，采购，财务，法务，政府部门等；
Work with related departments, such as EHS, procurement, finance, legal affairs, government departments, etc
5. 领导安排的与实验室运营相关的其他管理相关工作。

任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，药学、生物学、化学或其它相关专业；
Master degree or above, major in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or other related fields;
2、有从事实验室管理3年及以上经验，有构建实验室经验者优先考虑；
3 years or above experience in laboratory management, experience in laboratory construction is preferred
3、沟通表达能力强、熟练使用office办公软件。
