LEONI汽车线缆公司招聘高级项目工程师，代表工厂利益协调项目资源，主导产能爬坡计划与Capex跟踪，支持可持续移动出行方案。
- Represents the interests of the Plant/country (be the voice), balances this with the interests of the Project and communicates relevant information to relevant stakeholders from Plant/Country
- Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available, needed and spent Capex
- Leads the creation of the Detailed ramp up plan by considering the requirements from the Customer and the inputs from all the Project team members
- Plans and co-ordinates the Run@rate, reports on the findings and drives the implementation of corrective actions on time
- Monitors & reports on the Ramp up and KPIs (plant related P&L lines, e.g. variable and fixed costs in the plant, quality performance, delivery performance) and drives the implementation of corrective actions
- Identifies risks and opportunities, defines and carries out measures to manage those in direct project environment.
- Collects and share the Lessons Learned with the Launch team and have reviews on a continuous basis
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a high advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Automotive Industry
- Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities are essential
- Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory
