Position Title: Production Quality Engineer

Job Functions:
1、Be responsible for the production quality management of mass-produced projects transferred through project quality handover, ensuring products meet standards and processes comply with system requirements;
2、Continuously improve quality indicators and reduce quality costs;
3、Enhance production staff and QC personnel's understanding of product quality and raise their quality awareness through training and other effective means;
4、Assist customer quality management in addressing customer complaints and supporting customer audits. Conduct corresponding quality control methods when there is quality inconsistency, customer complaint etc, follow the action plans with related people.
5、Manage product quality criteria, standard sample, limit sample and quality gauge. Improve and update control plan and audit instruction, inspect instruction according to actual quality status.
6、Manage/organize product audit, post product audit and process audit to ensure product criteria and quality system.
7、Participate reduce CNQ, Push continue improvement, Quality documentation of production and problem solving and take the responsibility of quality indicator of PPM, Scrap etc.
8、When the defect happen during inner production, quality engnieer is the important window to confirm and judge.

Requirements:

1、College degree or above;
2、More than 5 years of quality management experience, with at least 1 year of on-site production quality management experience;
3、Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and familiar with front-line product quality inspection and control methods，
4、Candidates with work experience in the automotive industry are preferred;
5、Good English reading and writing skills.
