Compart Systems' leadership recognized the need for specialized materials and products in the semiconductor industry's gas and chemical delivery systems to ensure process purity and increased safety. With semiconductor demand reaching unprecedented growth levels and technologies pushing for line widths below 10nm in wafer fab equipment (WFE), Compart Systems has made significant investments in additional high-precision CNC machines and expanded capacity in electropolish and welding at our Shenzhen, China manufacturing facilities. To support the technological advancements required for sub-10nm geometries and new leading-edge materials, Compart Systems developed TriClean SEMI F20 UHP raw material. Compart Systems continues to invest in developing or acquiring technologies and intellectual properties (IP) to support the semiconductor industry's sub-10nm and Ultra High Purity (UHP) requirements.
