In this role, you will support the development and delivery of interior trim components, contributing to both the technical and practical aspects of trim engineering. You will be involved in developing soft and hard trim solutions, providing feedback during concept stages to ensure feasibility and alignment with production requirements. You will support project and commodity engineers in delivering trim development targets, while helping manage schedules and workload planning.
