负责AML IT商业（CRM）产品组合及相关商业系统项目的规划、执行与交付，确保遵循既定方法论和治理标准，对范围、进度、风险及财务控制等端到端交付绩效负责。
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within AML's IT Commercial (CRM) product portfolio and related commercial systems. This role ensures that delivery follows established methodologies and governance standards, is effectively resourced, and is delivered in line with business expectations across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Connected Car. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery performance including scope, schedule, risks, and financial control (budget planning, monitoring, and forecasting). The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate delivery, combining structured thinking with a strong results-oriented mindset to drive successful outcomes. The role has line management to the PMO Manager and functional reporting to the Commercial Product Manager.
