职位摘要

负责中间体、储备液及成品的理化检测，包括SEC-HPLC、IEX-HPLC、RP-HPLC等多种方法，开展原辅料及纯化水、注射用水的检测工作，按GMP规范操作并完成仪器维护及偏差调查。

职位描述

Position: Physical and Chemical Intermediate Engineer
City: Shanghai-Fengxian

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for physical and chemical testing of intermediates, stock solution and finished products, including: SEC-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, RP-HPLC, HIC-HPLC, cIEF, CE-SDS, etc.
2、Responsible for the detection of raw and auxiliary materials, including: sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, Tween 20, sucrose, etc.
3、Responsible for physicochemical testing of purified water and water for injection.
4、Responsible for the preparation of experiment-related buffer solutions and the correct writing of preparation records.
5、Ensure that daily behavior and operation can be fully in accordance with the requirements of GMP.
6、Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of laboratory-related instruments, and assist QA to complete the calibration of instruments.
7、Deviations, AD/OOS/OOT problems that occur during the testing process can be reported to the supervisor in a timely manner and relevant investigations completed.
8、Complete other work as explained by the supervisor.
