采购与库存助理，负责处理采购申请与订单、与供应商沟通报价、跟进发货，维护ERP系统中的采购与库存记录，支持备件盘点与补货。要求大专及以上学历，应届生可申请，熟练使用Excel。
Job Responsibilities:-
Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement and Operations teams.
Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures.
Obtain quotations and liaise with suppliers for the purchase of materials, spare parts, and services.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on procurement and delivery matters.
Maintain and update procurement documents, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Update and maintain procurement and inventory records in the ERP system.
Assist in receiving, issuing, and monitoring stock of spare parts and materials.
Support stock replenishment and annual stock take activities.
Assist in purchasing spare parts and services for tower crane repairs and fabrication works.
Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors, clients, and freight forwarders.
Attend to basic enquiries relating to purchase orders, spare parts, and inventory matters.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management..
Job Requirements:-
Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with internship or prior exposure to procurement, inventory, or supply chain functions will have an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, Microsoft NAV, or similar systems will be advantageous.
Good team player with strong integrity and a positive work attitude.
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
