Where You’ll Make a Difference
Prepare and compound fragrance formulas based on internal project requirements and lab guidelines
Apply fragrances across different product bases or matrices according to project specifications
Prepare staged evaluations following category protocols and client requirements
Execute and monitor stability studies for fragrance applications
Analyze stability results and generate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials and lab supplies
Prepare samples for sensory testing and consumer evaluations
Maintain and update laboratory documentation, protocols, and databases
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Scent lab
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
Basic knowledge of sensory analysis and fragrance chemistry
Basic to intermediate English proficiency (reading comprehension)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, reporting, documentation)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
Adaptability to dynamic laboratory environments
