Procurement Officer (stationed at Heshan)

Fair-Rack Electrical Asia (HK) Ltd. is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for the following position:

**Procurement Officer (stationed at Heshan)**

**Responsibilities**
- To support Procurement Manager all procurement and logistics support functions
- Responsible for sourcing and replenishment of inventory needs for factory use
- Liaising with vendors and internal departments for sourcing electrical materials
- Manage supplier database
- Maintain warehouse in good order and perform data analysis on stock level
- Prepare and manage order administration for China factory
- Create and verify vendor orders in internal IT and ERP system

**Requirements**
- Form 7 or above preferably with diploma in procurement management or supply chain management
- At least 2 years relevant experience in procurement and logistic functions
- Experience in China Factory operation is preferable
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in PC operations:- Email, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, self-initiative and capable to work under pressure
- To be stationed in Heshan factory, 5.5 days of work, including lunch and lodging
