Job Description Objective
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale technology projects across our global organization. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise systems and strategic IT initiatives such as DocuSign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other major technical deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and technical systems, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
B. Primary Job Objectives
• Lead end-to-end project management of enterprise technology initiatives—delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage cross-functional project teams involving internal staff, third-party vendors, and technical consultants.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and communication frameworks for executive-level updates.
• Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
• Oversee integrations, migrations, and rollouts for systems such as DocuSign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and cloud-based platforms.
• Maintain governance over project execution, change control, and documentation standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide transparent reporting and updates to leadership and stakeholders globally.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the Technical Services organization.
C. Job Qualifications Necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in project management, including 5+ years delivering complex technology or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects such as ERP, CRM, or SaaS implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage meaningfully with IT, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or other PM tools.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment—onsite 3 days per week in the Kolkata office.
