Job Description Objective The Technical Trainer has key accountabilities in the design, development, delivery, and support of technical training programs furthering the mission, vision and technology of LabVantage. The Technical Trainer primary responsibilities include needs assessments, courseware development for in class/online delivery and delivery using multiple methods and modalities. The following are the key responsibilities of a Technical Trainer- Conduct Various Internal/External Training: The Technical Trainer is responsible for making the LabVantage product knowledge learning successful within LabVantage and outside LabVantage by providing technical and functional training to the customers. They will collaborate and partner with the resources across the LabVantage organization to improve educational impact of the entire organization. This includes Technical trainings like –  Basic and Advanced Java   SQL   LabVantage Product Implementation training   LabVantage Product Admin Training   LabVantage Product Web Page Designer training   Jasper Reports   Bartender   Talend tool (Master Data Management tool) etc.  and Functional trainings like –  LabVantage End User training   Biobanking training   LabVantage Pharma training   Stability training   Next Genome Sequencing workflow training   Electronic Notebook (ELN) and Laboratory Execution System (LES)   Resource Planning etc.  Design training courses: The position will identify learning objectives, create training classes and material, and deliver/facilitate, as needed. Learning interventions consist of formal classroom training, presentations, support sessions, exercise document preparation, virtual training, group training and hosting CTEC training (Customer Training and Education Conference, happens one in a year). Familiar with a variety of training development concepts, practices and procedures included blended learning approaches. Maintain and Manage the Training Resources: To conduct successful training, LabVantage provides cloud based VM access to the trainees.
