We are seeking a LIMS Technical Architect with deep expertise in informatics systems, and
LabVantage LIMS to join our growing Professional Services and Public Sector teams. In this role, you’ll
lead the design, configuration, and technical delivery of robust LabVantage solutions that meet the
complex needs of scientific laboratories operating in data sensitive and/or regulated environments.
This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for someone who understands both the science and the
systems—and knows how to connect the two to develop application design specific for client workflows.
The position will report to the Director of Public Sector.
B. Primary Job Objectives
 Lead the end-to-end architecture of LabVantage LIMS implementations, enhancements, and
integrations
 Collaborate with scientists, IT stakeholders, QA, and business users to align system design with lab
workflows
 Translate functional requirements into scalable, validated LabVantage configurations and
customizations
 Ensure all system design and implementation meets federal and/or state government regulatory
standards, such as NIST 800, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards
 Guide and mentor technical teams, and contribute to solution roadmaps and best practices
 Support validation activities and documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ and SOPs
 Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and client stakeholders
 Support growth activities for the company, contributing to technical approach and implementation
methodologies
 Support pre-sales activities, including technical solutioning and client engagement
