Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Melvindale, MI, supporting the U.S. and Mexico markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships: Support the sales team by building sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
Customer Needs: Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Documentation: Accurately and completely document customer interactions.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Logistics: Secure freight arrangements, prepare shipping documents, and prepare documents for customs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish (required).
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience: Proven customer support experience or previous inside sales experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening and presentation skills.
Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Teamwork: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
