Business Development Manager/ General Manager – Data Centre Projects

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new opportunities for E&M construction and engineering services in data centre.
- Develop and Implement marketing strategies to promote company services and products to target customers.
- Develop a connection with local clients and consultants.
- Nurture strong business relationships with channel partners and end-users.
- Manage the budget for marketing activities and ensure that the spending is effective and efficient.
- Lead pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, and secure order closures.
- Actively engage with the end-users to expand business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Degree or above in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years relevant working experience with 5 years managerial level working experience in E&M construction and engineering services, preferably in data centre.
- Sensitive in data centre market trend and strong analytical skill.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with result-oriented approach.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Regular travel to Hong Kong or APEC countries.
