The incumbent is responsible for handling the customer services in Discovery Bay Recreation Club and Club Siena. He/she provides greeting in entrance and maintain safety of a club, ensuring facilities are well-managed, staff are coordinated, and members enjoy a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet club members and guests with professional customer services skills;
- Validate membership card at club entrance;
- Perform patrol for indoor/outdoor area of the clubhouse;
- Maintain tidiness and security check of clubhouse area; and
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage;
- 1 - 2 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience;
- Holder of Security Personal Permit is an advantage;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Work Location: Discovery Bay
