负责Unisem三大厂区的CER和产能分析，深入剖析现有流程，识别瓶颈并制定改进策略，推进流程优化与跨部门项目落地，提升整体运营效率。
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SECTION MANAGER / MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To verify CER and capacity analysis for Unisem Simpang Pulai, Unisem Chengdu and Unisem Gopeng
- To conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes and workflows within the organization.
- To identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- To develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Involve in optimizing processes, improving efficiency and enhancing productivity across various operations and systems
- To oversee the implementation of projects related to process improvement, technology integration and facility layout optimization.
- To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing or related discipline.
- With working experience in Semiconductor industry.
- Have reasonable experience in similar job responsibilities.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees.
- Independent and self-motivated with good inter-personal communication skills, problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
