Actively involved in continuous improvement programs such as cycle time improvement, cost reduction, down-time reduction and promotes productivity programs.

Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Management or any other related discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
