台北运营岗位，负责零售银行业务不良贷款和逾期账户的诉讼事务管理，包括支付令准备、民事诉讼、强制执行以及破产清算案件处理。要求法学学士学位，3年以上法律经验者优先。
Responsibilities
Draft and manage litigation matters relating to NPLs and delinquent retail banking accounts.
Handle legal recovery procedures, including:
Preparation and filing of payment orders, civil litigation actions, and compulsory enforcement proceedings.
Management of rehabilitation, liquidation, and bankruptcy cases.
Preparation of responses to court correspondence, monitoring litigation progress, and ensuring timely follow-up of legal proceedings.
Handling legal administrative matters and documentation.
Preparation and management of legal reports and related management information.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of typing at least 50 words per minute.
Bachelor's degree in Law; candidates with more than three years of legal experience are preferred.
Prior experience in debt recovery, collections, or legal enforcement within the banking industry is highly preferred.
