As an HR Business Partner for APAC Global Business Services (GBS), you will play a dual role: managing day-to-day HR operations for your designated business function and serving as a critical bridge during Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). You will partner closely with local HR teams and the Lead HRBP to seamlessly integrate newly acquired entities into the GBS model. While you will collaborate with the Lead HRBP on high-level strategic initiatives, your core focus will be driving operational excellence, executing talent programs, and ensuring full compliance within the China market.
