负责油气田工厂运营安全管理，监督日常操作与安全巡查，确保产品质量。处理设备故障及突发应急事件，协调维护工作，监控生产指标。需石油工程本科及以上，10年以上油气行业运营管理经验。
岗位职责：
1、Responsible for safety of plant and personnel on his shift to Control Incidents/accident during shift;
2、Supervise & conduct normal operation activities, Safety walk/talk & ensure product quality all time;
3、Monitor any deviations in normal plant/equipment running and trouble shoot plants operation to take corrective actions and optimize plant performance as per guidelines;
4、Check the operational Parameters and analysis it to implement changes as required;
5、Coordinate, control and follow up all maintenance activity in plant and with other outside agencies;
6、Issue work Permits & follow up Maintenance Related activities;
7、Handle, control and monitor the start-up, shutdown & plant upsets /emergency safely and efficiently;
8、Performs E.R.P.
responsibilities as stipulated in Loss Control Procedures and acts as an emergency response team leader in case of emergency;
9、Monitor the Production statusto ensure that all production indicators meet requirements.
任职要求：
1、B.Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
2、10 years' of experience of operations management in the oil and gas industry including at least 3 years' of which should have been at a senior supervisory level.
3、Firsd aid and H2S training certificates etc
4、Fluency in English.
5、Experienced in using office software.
